This is a meat-less recipe but NOT vegan because the ranch dressing has milk in it.

ANYWAY, what you need are:

Noodles (( preferably shell or elbow noodles ))
Ranch dressing
Garlic salt + two other favoured seasonings. (( I use Monterey Chicken and Seasoned Salt for mine ))

Boil the water in a pot. Pour noodles into boiling water and boil til the noodles are slightly squishy.

Drain the water then pour the Ranch dressing over the noodles. DO NOT DOUSE!! Too much water remaining in the pot with cause runny Ranch. Too much ranch means not enough noodles.

Stir the ranch dressing til it gently coats every noodle, add seasonings accordingly.

Quick dinner or lunch. And it's uber filling!

You can also replace the Ranch with Sesame Oil...... however the taste is stronger and the food itself may be hard to finish.

I prefer Ranch because it's lighter in flavour.
