Exactly. Sometimes, you have someone who gives you long, deep criticisim. other times, you have people who say "LOL! I LURV <3333 YOU, BRYAN!". Which would you rather have, artistically?

honesty is the best compliment, really. if it's positive, then great, but if it's negative, at least it gives you a place to start over and correct things. in the end, that negative becomes a positive.
